okokph Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Use of the Platform in the Philippines
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the okokph online gaming platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3. Account Creation & Security
Each user may hold only one active account on okokph. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
You must notify okokph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. okokph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
okokph reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documentation may result in account restrictions or closure.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
By using okokph, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:

- You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with normal platform operations.

5. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on okokph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation of receipt. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification and in accordance with the platform's payment procedures in place at the time of the request.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. okokph does not accept third-party payment methods — deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your name. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may result in account suspension.
okokph reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse a transaction if there is reason to suspect fraud, violation of these terms, or non-compliance with applicable law. Transaction fees, if any, will be communicated to users prior to completion of the transaction. okokph is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
okokph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the service is accessible and functional, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. okokph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
okokph expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from gaming outcomes. No result in sports betting, live casino play, or slot online gaming constitutes a guarantee of any return. You participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk.

7. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
okokph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or suspected breach of applicable law. In cases of account closure due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
